How to set milestones and measure business performance mid-year
You've built your plan out, and you're thinking strategically about what you want to accomplish over the next 12 months.
Now, how are you actually going to implement this plan? The best way is to set milestones down. Put them on a calendar, with a due date, and determine who on your team is responsible for meeting them.
Don't overdo it - think about 5 to 10 milestones you feel you can accomplish over the course of a year.

I want to finish my one-pager today. I wrote a 22-page business plan, but I won't be able to get funding yet anyway, so I might as well do a one-pager and go by that instead.
